Water Type Categories
Depending on the nature of the water involved, water damage is classified as either Category 1, Category 2 or Category 3:
Category 1
Clean water from a faucet or water supply line, leaking appliances, water heaters, bathtubs, and sinks broken water pipes requires extraction, application of Anti-Microbial, monitoring & installation of the necessary drying equipment. M and M has plumbers on staff to handle necessary repairs.
Category 2
Gray wastewater is caused from roof leak, dishwasher, sink, washing machine, toilets (water with minimal contaminants).
Category 3
Black water (sewage, chemicals, debris) different from Category 1 & 2 requires additional attention, sometimes the removal of floor materials & drywall. M and M has handled problems like this for 26 years. M and M has contractors on staff to handle all necessary repairs.
